With over 30 years working alongside health leaders, clinicians, owners and boards, Stuart brings deep sector expertise to healthcare transactions. He is a former Deloitte Partner and national health practice lead, and founder and Chair of Francis Health, giving him a uniquely well-rounded perspective across strategy, governance and ownership.

His background spans health strategy, organisational design, integration, governance and performance across New Zealand and Australia. A Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management (FCHSM) and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors (CMInstD), Stuart combines sector insight with commercial discipline and a strong understanding of what healthcare owners need to move forward with confidence.

Having advised across general practice, allied health, pharmacy and wider health services, Stuart understands not just how transactions are executed, but the real-world clinical, funding and workforce dynamics that sit beneath them. He brings clear communication, structured process and sound judgement to every engagement.
